Card for child in need.......SPECIAL POST please read!!

Good Sunday afternoon everyone!!

I hope my post today finds you well and enjoying your day!

I have a card for a very special little girl that needs a little smile sent to her.

A very special friend of mine (Michelle) has ask me if I could help her spread the word that a

CHILD is in NEED

of a few smiles.

Can you take time out of your day and make a card to send to someone that needs to be uplifted?

Haeli is this little girl's name and she is a 6th grader( 12 years old) in Canton Ohio. Haeli is dealing with a very serious disease that is very hard for an adult to deal with so for a child I can't even begin to understand.

She has a very rare form of ovarian cancer. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy.

I have sewn my card and inked all edges with Ranger distressed inks.

Sugar Nellie DT and Mini Blog hop is back!!!

Hello there.................. Hope you are all having a wonderful day!!

Since we have received our SUGAR NELLIE DT kits. Judy, Dena and myself have decided that we need to get back on track with our FUN LITTLE mini blog hops. So today we all have the *NEW* FAIRY #1 digi image from SUGAR NELLIE up for showing.

I have colored her with my copic markers and watercolor pencils. I have used lots of stickles on her. I did use the sketch from the Sugar Bowl this week. Lilian has a wonderful sketch. The papers that I have used are a mix match which is very normal for me. I also have used prima flowers, pearls and some ribbon. I have used distressed inks on all of the edges. I really love the softness of this card.

The weather is very nice here and I am starting to feel better now. I hope none of you get this NASTY FLU.. It is mean!!!

Sugar Nellie DT and Sugar bowl Sketch

burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr it's cold outside!!! Well, the rain and wind came in full force yesterday and last night I thought the wind was going to take the roof off of the house but this morning all is very still. But it's cold and very wet!!

Today I will show you a picture of my Family roon tree. It's really is beautiful but I tell you I just don't know how they get good picutes of trees!! I can't do it!! It is very ugly and drab in the photo SORRY! I will show you more later in the week..
I have a card today that I have used the sketch from The Sugar Bowl I have used one of the new Sugar Nellie stamps called Christmas Eve girl by Mary Hall. I have also taken a few of my other stamps and randomly stamps around the image. I have colored the image with just my copics again today. They are getting easier and I guess I am just getting more comfy working with them. I must say that I do still love my water color pencils best with the copics.

SUGAR NELLIE DT card

Hello there everyone ,
Today Judy, Dena and I are back on our little blog hop and seeing what each other creates using the same image. But today there is a twist....We are NOT using the same stamp! Nope we are not but we are using the same line of stamps with the colors of burgundy and green. We have chosen to use the NEW Country Cousins by SUGAR NELLIE. I am using the little mailbox boy and boy oh boy he is cute!! I have also used a brilliant sketch post by Tiet's over at the Sugar bowl this week.

I am leaving town today for about a week so I won't get to see what wonderful creations you all have made until I return. Hope you all have a great week!!! I do have a few cards pre listed for the rest of this week so please stop back by and see what I have made.
