I have colored my Kenny K image with copic markers.

papers: Paper Pizazz, Pebbles Inc. Bazzill Cardstocks and Metallic cardstock, football paper.
embellies: silver word washers and spiral brads, brads, fabric brad pulls, silver word brad.
I have sewn my card.

I know it has been a week since I have posted and you are right it is not like me. :o(

I have been and am very ill. Not sure what is going just yet. I am having a hard time typing and such so blogging and card making has been a tad hard. I hope to be back to my old self soon. :o) I will be back tomorrow with my Magnolia HighLites Challenge card.

I have colour my digi image from Teddy Bo with my copic markers. I have added Crytal Lacquer on the strawberries and also have added Stickles to the flower and the fluffy parts of the hat.

I am back and have a card to share....

Hello everyone,

I swear that life has just been a whirl wind for the last month or more. I am so glad to be home. But I have to tell you that I am still not caught up and it will take me a bit to get that way. I have tons of emails to still answer and a house and laundry that needs cleaning and then I have my day job!!!!! OH I WANT TO PLAY in my craft studio!!!!!!!!!!!! I got up yesterday at 4:30 AM to make this card for Color Create.

You see it is my turn to host the challenge this time and with everything going on here at home I was unable to get my card done before listing time. I HATE IT WHEN THAT HAPPENS!!

I am still under water here and trying the balance everything. It is going to be a while until I am in full swing and getting everything done like it needs to be.

I want to thank everyone who has left comments and emails. You are all so sweet and caring. I will get to all of the emails with-in the next little bit.

Now enough of all that and lets get onto my card for today.......

I have picked PASTEL COLORS

I have used #361 Strawberry Tilda

I have used my copic markers to color my image.

For the embellies I have used lots of paper flowers, pearls, heart button, chick charm, butterfly charm, some fibers and ribbon and a bit of trim.

I have sewn my card and used Ranger distressed ink for the edges of the layers.

Happy Thursday everyone!!

Today I am off work and that is not a normal for a week day!! I have some things to do around the house and then I think I am going to go out Christmas shopping and maybe to lunch.

yahoooooooo LOL.......

Okay on to my Colour Create Challenge card

This week the colors are

GREY, GREEN and White.

the extra option is silver or acetate

I have to tell you that I struggled all the way through this card 3 times!!!

This was a very hard challenge for me. I think it is because these are not normal colors for me to work with and my card looks so plain and drab!!!!!

I sure am not liking this one at all!!!!

But I do hope that it will inspire you come and have a play with us at the challenge blog.

I have used the very cute #3080 Tilda with fur. You can purchase her at Magnolia-Licious.

And guess what!?!?!?! She even comes in mini form!!!! The number for the mini is #3080 MINI Tilda with fur.

I have used my copic markers to color my image.

I have used papers from Deja Views, EK Success and bazzill cardstocks

The sentiment is on the paper that I have used.

Embellies that I have used are silver spacers, silver snowflakes, rhinestones, pearl brad, satin ribbons, paper lace by K & Company and small silver domes.

I have used snow effects and stickles on the tree and stickles on the snowflakes.

Officially Winter

HELLO,

It is Thursday and I am back with my DT card for the
COLOUR CREATE CHALLENGE

It was my turn to pick the challenge colors and I have picked
Sea Foam green, Robin Egg blue and Cream
The extra option is WINTER..

Here is a picture that I have picked for the inspiration.....
I have use a very cute H & S image. I have used my large Jelly Frame by Sizzix and made a shaker box for my image. I have put some artifical snow inside. So if you look close at the photos you will see it.

I have used papers from my scraps bag and added trim, snowflakes, white glitter domes, perals and some sheer ribbon. I have sewn my card and it has been inked with Ranger distressed inks. I had also took my file and sanded the card a bit in a spot or two to give it that shabby look. My image has been colored with my copic markers. I have added stickles to the wings for sparkle. The officially winter stamp is by Cats Press.
