I hope you are all doing well this morning!
It is Thursday and I am back with my DT card for the
COLOUR CREATE CHALLENGE

These are some of my favorite colors to work with!! They are just stunning together and so girlie!!

My image this week is from Tiddly Inks.

Her name is Fairy Fae Dreams. If you click on the name it will take you right up to purchase her. I love this little image as I LOVE LOVE LOVE fairies!! ALL of them! I won first prize a few weeks ago at Crafty Creations and that is how I got this little cutie..
I have used papers from: Creative Imaginations, MME and Bazzill cardstocks.

I have colored my image with my copic markers that can be bought at Michelles' Scrapbooking for a great price.

Enjoy the Simple Things stamp is by.. Hero Arts. I have also used my Spellbinders Nestablies to cut out the image and they can be bought at Michelle's Scrapbooking also.

Now for the embellies: I have used from stash..dollie, FROSTED heart , pearls, velvet trim, rose trim, photo corner by: Melissa Frances and the Prima flowers and stickles that can also be bought at Michelle's Scrapbooking.

I have frosted the wings, dress and flowers in the hair on the image with my stickles. This card has been destressed just a tad with my destressed inks to give it a shabby chic look.

I have also done this card to fit a few other challenges this week:

I have popped the layer with the image on it to give it just a bit more fun.

Today is the Colour Create challenge. This week the challenge was set by the very talented Dena and she has chosen Pink , burgundy and irovy with the extra option as ROSES. These colors were so fun to work with. The Design team cards are gorgeous!! Make sure to stop by and have a look.

Here is a little something to get you started..
I have used a very cute Tilda from the Christmas 2009 Collection by Magnolia that can be bought at Michelle's Scrapbooking and More. Coloring is done with my copic markers and I have used Lacquer on the image. I added some Prima Flowers, trim, pearls ribbon.

Color Create DT card

Hello everyone,

Today is the Colour Create Challenge

The colors that our very own Sharon has picked for this challenge is Blue, Sand, Silver and Black. The optional extra is Summertime.I have chosen the cutest little stamp by ArtStamps Inc. I have no idea where I bought it from. SORRY! This is the first time that I have inked him up. He is so cute so I don't know why I have not used him yet. I have colored him with my copic marker and my water color pencils. The bullrush has been hand cut ,pieced and then shaded with my chalks. I think it adds just what the card needed for that finished look. I have used a cute little silver snail, sheer ribbon, silver half metal dots and silver dragonfly charm. I have to tell you this color comb gave me a struggle. They were a true challenge for me!! You need to check out the inspiration from the DT for this challenge. The cards they have made are all just STUNNING!! Theses colors really brought out the creativity for the challenge.

We have a new and final member on the DT this week. Her name name is Deanne. She is like a breath of fresh air with her card making. You'll see from her blog that she has a very clean style of card making. Her cards are so beautiful and she rarely uses any stamps. Hop over and check her work out. Waving at Deanne.
