HAPPY VALENTINE........

Good evening everyone,

I hope your day of Love was a great one. It has been relaxing here and can't wait to sit down in front of the TV after dinner and have a long rest. I thought I had better come and sign on and upload my box of candy I altered.

I made my box of bought candy into something *SPECIAL* and personal. As you can see I just bought a normal box of chocolates in a tin and then I made a band to go around it with cutout hearts, doilies, ribbon, flowers and a very cute H&S image that I masked with the basket of hearts. The heart on the back of the band is made from a very soft and pretty piece of velvet feel paper. I took some eyelet lace and sewed it around it and attached it the band so that it all will slip off of the candy tin. I have colored my images with my copic markers.

Sugar Nellie DT *BUBBLES*

Hi everyone,

I have made a Sugar Nellie DT card for today and will be posting it over at Secret Crafter Challenge blog. The challenge is for NEW BEGINNNGS. They want to see anything with a "new theme" - home, baby, job etc. Alos over at Paper Take Weekly they want NEW BEGINNINGS so I will post this over there. Beautiful DT work so stop and have a look.

I have chosen *BUBBLES* one of the new stamps from SUGAR NELLIE and have colored her with my copic markers and watercolor pencils. I have used paper scraps from my scrap bag added a twill tape sentiment, silver pin charm, pearls, prima flowers and a stick pin. I have also used some very pretty trim and ribbons. I don't think that you can see in the picture that I have used Crystal Lacquer on the bubbles to make them look real.

A quick post for me today..........

Good morning,

The weather is gorgeous!!! I hope that the sun is shining and not to hot wherever you are. I have made a card using the cutest stamp called *ELLA* by Victoria Case Designs. I have put no sentiment on this card as I feel that it could be an ALL occation card. Think about maybe.....baby, just hello, birthday, just to cheer you. Just to name a few.
Saturday Challenge this week is the theme In the Jungle. I am entering this card into their challenge and also over at VC Challenge with their sketch. Victoria has two very very cute digital stamps up as free-bee's right now. So stop over there and have look. They are so cute!! I love her art! And she is just the sweetest person. Always very quick to respond to emails and super quick to ship out your orders. waving at Victoria.. :o)
