Now as you can see I have used #3078 TILDA WANTS A HUG. She is in stock at
Magnolia-Licious now. I have also used papers by Magnolia from Magnolia-Licious. The frame is made from the Bon Voyage White Weather Wood paper. I thought that it was very clever so cut up into a frame! The checks are by 7 Gypies.
I have colored my image with my copic markers and as you can see I have made a pennant banner for her to hold with the word JOY that I did cut with my sizzix Girl's Are Weird font. I took some thread and a needle and stitched the hand cut pennants together and popped them up off of the image with foam dots. I have added sheer dot ribbon and flowers from Prima to my card. I have also added perals up in the right hand corner.
I really do love just how this card has turned out. Very very different colors for a Christmas type but I do love it!
I have used my distresed inks on the edges and I have sewn the card together.
Over at the Pixie Cottage Challenge they want you to use a sketch or make a card for special friends & family.. Well I did the special card for a friend.
Then at ABC Challenge they are saying that J is for Jewels and gems. I have added perals to my card for the gems.
