SUGAR NELLIE DT *NEW Manga girl*

Yesterday in the mail I received my Sugar Nellie DT kit and I was so excited I had to ink this one up.. hee hee hee....... Isn't she a sweetie!!!! I LOVE ALL of these cute little Manga kids!!! They are so much fun to work with. For my card I have used a very fun sketch over at Spoon Full of Sugar for this week. I did move my text around a bit to fit with my card. And I just about cried when I got my text (rub-on) NOT STRAIGHT!!!!!!! I have left it as Not much I could do with it. :o( boo hoo..... I just hate it when something like that happens! I have used the colors for the Pixie Cottage Challenge and of course my *NEW SUGAR NELLIE* so I can enter this into the ABC CHALLENGE as that is *N* is for NEW.
I have used candy dots in the corners. Flowers, brads, tulle, book board heart, dollie and hand cut heart. I have used my MS double dot punch and have sewn this card. As you can see I have inked all of my edges with my distressed ink. I have colored my image with my watercolor pencils today have also added some of those wonder Stickles in a place or two for some much needed sparkle. OH I think she is cute but this card is just 2 pink for me. Okay now those of you that come to my blog often know I LOVE PINK but this one is lacking in the light and dark contrast for me.

It's a Vintage *NEW* look again today...

I am running so late today!!!!!!!! So really really quick... Here is my card for today.. I will be posting it at A Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge. The challenge is BUTTERFIES. If you look really close you will see that I have 2 beautiful butterfly charms on my card.

I have to say that I had sooooooooooooo much fun with this image. I love the h'Anglar images. Thanks to a very kind person for sending to me. :o) They inspire me!!! I will be posting this card over at A SPOON FULL of SUGAR. I love the sketch done by Sonja. It works up so fast and easy.
