RIDE 'EM COWGIRL!!! Digi Bells Dt Post

Ride 'em Cowgirl!!
And a happy Tuesday to everyone!!
Today I have 2 projects to show with images from E. BELL Digi Collection.
WARNING this post is a long one!
First I have made a gift bag with some of my favorite colors to work with!
You know I just hate it when you have an extra special little gift for someone and then you have it in store bought wrap!! Well, this was a quick and easy fix for that! So remember next time you have something special for some you can make extra special wrap to put is in.
I have used the cutiest little image called Li'l Priness Tu-tu from the Bell horses collection.
I have colored her with my copic makers and watercolor pencils.

I have used papers from:
Doodlebug Designs, Creative Imaginations and Bazzill cardstocks.
I have used my Ranger Distress Ink for the edges of the project.
The image is cut out with the large Spellbinders that can be bought at Michelle's Scrap booking and more.
Now lets talk about the embellies...
I have used many different paper flowers, pearls, ribbons and look at that jute trim. I have a tulle bow with a fun silver heart, with paper flowers tied on the very fun jute bag handle. I was really wondering just what I was going to use for the handles and I knew that ribbon just wasn't going to do it. So I put jute handles and they fit the cowgirl theme so well. What do you think??

Now just a few pictures up close to see the details..
sorry but ALL of the photos are a tad dark today..
uuhhggggggg.. I hate that when it happens!!

As you can see I have the trim wrapping around the whole bag.

NOW, I couldn't just do the Li'l Prinecess Tut-Tu because there is a very cute little boy cowboy called Li'l Cowboy from the Bell Horses Collection.

Now let's have a look at at him!!
You know I just do not do so well with boy cards. I struggle as I love the use pinks and all of the frilly girl stuff!! LOL..
I guess that the little boy cards are just to plain for me. LOL..
I do like this finished card. It's just so COWBOY!!!
Now that cute Li'l Cowboy riding his stick pony is colored with my copic markers and watercolor pencils.
The papers that I have used for this card:
bazzill cardstocks, The Paper Loft, 3 bugs in a rug, MME, Scrapwithinreach
I have used Ranger distressed ink for the edges of the layers and used my sewing machine on some of the layers to give the card some depth.
Embellies used are: Metal photo corners, brown pearls, metal brads, silver metal star with checked ribbon that I have tea dyed. Now look at the very cute Metal memory icebox plate by Karen Foster.
The brown and off white check is a quarter inch ribbon that I have glued on the edges of the star paper. If you look close you will see that I have added a few feathers peeking out of the silver star to finish off the card.
Now a closer look so you can see the details.
I want to thank you for stopping by and looking at my little pieces of art this morning!!
