WOODEN LOVE BLOCKS.with Edwin with Stolen Heart and I am in Love Tilda.....

I have my DT project for

to share with you today.

The challenge this week is:

LOVE is all around us..

(make sure you hop on over to the challenge blog and see all of the beautiful inspiration by my DT sistas)
Magnolia-licious Products I have used on my wooden blocks today.

If not hop on over a have a peek. They are adorable!!! Diana has them up for pre-order and will be ready to ship at the end of the week!! You can click on the cute little bunny at the top of my side bar to take you there.

Did you know that Magnolia-Licious is now carrying

The gorgeous Wee Stamps created by Sylvia Zet?

For my project today I have used a 2x4 and cut it up into different heights. I have painted them all with acrylic paint and after dry I have added papers from the MME 6x6 paper pad called The Station. All sides have also been covered. I used my sanding block on all of the edges and roughed up the papers some . Then I used my distress ink around all paper edges on all sides. The next step was to Mod Podge to seal the blocks. Then I was ready to start decorating them.
I used my Cricut to cut the letters. Font used was Alphalicious. All of the letters have been popped up with pop dots.
Wooden block "L" has the cutest little  Edwin with stolen heart.
I have colored him with my copic markers. I have used Metal corner by my-momenta. I have used white acrylic paint on it. Down on the left I have used dip dots and paper flower with a tad bit of tulle. The knob on top is a painted wooden pull. Two different ribbons have been added in the center.

Wooden block "O" has a photo of my son Cameron and his beautiful wife to be Sarah.
I have used a love charm and painted it with acrylic paints. I have added flowers and pewter heart with just a touch of ribbon at the bottom right corner. White with black dot ribbon and the knobs at the top are TH Hitch Fasteners with Bakers thread tied around them.

Boy oh boy in the photo this one looks really off center!! But IRL it is not!!
I have used beautiful ribbon with a lock and key charm set at the top. Add some ribbon, a button heart with bakers thread and some little metal rings with black pearls added to the top of them.

I have used the gorgeous #3061 I Am In Love  Tilda. I have added a few flowers and tulle to the top of this block. Also added ribbon and can you see the photo corner at the bottom? I have also added jewelery pieces and topped them with white pearls.

I tried to get a photo a bit from the side so you could see the different papers on the sides of the blocks. But didn't do so good. :)

CHALLENGES I WILL BE ENTERING MY BLOCKS IN:
Crafty Ribbons - Anything Goes with Ribbon
Stampavie and More - Love
Ribbon Carousel - Love Is In The Air with Ribbon
Dutch Magnolia Lovers - Valentines

Celebrate the Occasion - Valentine with Ribbon
No Matter Which - Ribbons and Bows
