I have a card to share today using a New Whimsy Stamp called WINTER FAIRY.
I just love her and couldn't help myself from getting her.. LOL.....

for some reason my photos today are a bit brighter than the card really is. It may have been the cloud cover we have been having. Just not sure.
I have colored my image with my copic markers available for a great price at Michelle's Scrapbooking and More.
Papers: all from my scrap bag and Bazzill Cardstocks.
Embellies: doily, ribbons, glitter, paper roses, pearls, ric rac, snowflakes cut with my SPELLBINDERS also around the image has been cut with my SPELLBINDER LABEL I have used Ranger Distressed inks on all layers.
Spellbinders, Stickles, Ranger Distressed Ink, Copic markers all available from Michelle's Scrapbooking and More.
