The challenge is to only use PAPER on your projects!!
That’s right—nothing but paper on those projects!
no fabric, no metals, no wood elements no ribbon!!!
You can create embellishments but they must be made of paper ONLY!NO PRE-BOUGHT ANYTHINGS!!
Now I will tell you that this was a rough on for me as I love my pearls, brads, ribbons and flowers and no stickles!!! egads!!!
Well I thought I can make flowers out of papers! So I got to thinking that maybe I should just pull out my specialty papers drawer and see what I can come up with. She did say Papers only!!
So I went to work.. and this is what I came up with.. ... ... ... ...
First of all I have used #3001 WRAPPED TILDA from the Magnolia-licious Store and colored her with my copic markers. The little round stamp is Stamp'in Up.Papers: Stamping Station, ColorBok, DCWV, textured Bazzill cardstocks, Paper Pizazz Green Suede, Paper Pizazz Burgundy Suede, tissue paper.
Tools: #22 Vintage flowers and leaves, and the Swirl heart but I don't see it in stock right now as I am sure that it sold out. Beacuse ALL the dies are 10% off right now!
As you can see in this photo I have used my suede paper like ribbon and boy oh boy let me tell you to make a bow with that stuff was HARD!! LOL...In the next photo you will be able to see the tissue paper that I gathered to make a look of old lace trim and tucked it under the suede paper and cardstock. Just like I would a regualr lace trim.
