Diana’s Birthday Blog Hop..COME PARTY WITH US!!!

Hello everyone and WELCOME to

Diana's BIG BIRTHDAY BLOG PARTY!!

The Magnolia-licious Design Team wants to wish the boss lady a very special BIRTHDAY with the August blog hop!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DIANA!!

If you have arrived here from Mindy's blog then you are right on track.. But if not you may want to hop on over to Suzanne's blog to start. You won't want to miss that inspiration or the party favors. :o)

I’ve brought the PARTY HATS to Diana’s Birthday Party!!

For my card today I have used #277 Bon Voyage from the Magnolia-licious Store. I wanted my card today to be like an old fashioned birthday. So the papers that I have chosen are just a tad bit older looking with a bit of Ranger distressed inks around all of the edges. I think that they almost look like an old fashioned ice cream shoppe. I also wanted to create some sort of a scene. Like maybe Tilda making a birthday cake and then I was looking through my stamps and found this very cute little stamp by LOTV called Mix it and Make it. I think that these cute little mice mixing up that bowl of cake batter is so perfect with the SWEET LITTLE TILDA!! I have also used the sentiment stamp by LOTV. I love that ALL of the Magnolia stamps go so perfect with so many different background type stamps. It makes them so fun and easy to use. And I think they are the most versatile stamps around. I have used my copic markers to color my images.

Papers: MME, Cosmo Cricket, TaDa Creative Studios and Bazzill cardstocks.

Embellies: pearls, ribbon tapes, paper roses, button, bakers twine, lace.

tools: I have used 3 different DooHickeys that can ao be found at the Magnolia-licious Store.

Lace die, Vintage tag, Heart swirls.

The Magnolia-licious store has lots f products for your stamping needs and the service is over the moon!!

Challenges I have made my card to fit:

Paper Sundaes: Use 2 ( I have used button & twine and a bit of green also)

Secret Crafter: create a scene

Just Magnolia: sentiments

Now it time to hop on over and see what the very talented BARB has to share with you today!!

I hope you will join in the fun this month. All of the rules to enter are on the Magnolia-Licous High Lites Blog. ALWAYS GREAT PRIZES from the Magnolia-licious store!

Happy hopping!!!!
