Elisabeth World Challenge Blog April Project..

Hello Elisabeth Bell Fans

Over at the Elisabeth Bell's World Challenge Blog we have another fun new challenge for you...
This month we would like to see what you will do with a Mothers Day Challenge.
You can either create a card, or a gift project with "Mom in mind"....

My project is a 6x6 recipe album..

This month's prizes:
2 Digi's for the Elisabeth Bell Digital Gallery and a $20.00 Gift card from Michelle's Scrapbooking and More.

I have used a cute little image from WOJ called: "Willow's hot chicken soup"

I have colored her with my copic markers and added white dots on her apron with my acrylic paints.

Papers: MME, SandyLion, Melissa Frances, The Girl's Paperie

Embellies: pearls, paper flowers, bakers twine, ribbons, Heidi Grace heart, tag from clothing that I have covered and put the words "Mom's Recipes" on with the computer.

I have used my Ranger distressed ink "Antique Linen" on all of the paper edges and I have used my sanding block to give the edges of that album a tab bit of a worn look.

I have used my Magnolia DooHickey. "Tilda Lace Die"

Hint: Melissa Frances papers, Ranger Distressed Ink, Copic Markers can all be purchased at Michelle's Scrapbooking and More.

The Magnolia DooHickney borders can be bought at Magnolia-Licious.

I have taken lots of photos from all angles so you can see the details and all of the fun and different papers that I have cover this little album with.

The next three photos are of some 6x6 recipe cards that did make over a year ago. I will be putting these in this album so I thought that I would re-share them with you.

Boy, now I tell you ..it's funny when you get out things that you did over a year ago and you look at it and see just how much you have grown!! My coloring that taken a different turn since then!! LOL.. In the photos below I have used watercolor pencils to color the images.

I have used "Willow with Cookies" from WOJ.

I have used "Lemonaide Anyone?" from Belles 'n Whistles.

I have used Tania Baking from Belles'n Whistles.

All of my recipes have been done on the computer and it has been so long ago since I did these cards that I don't remember what or where all the embellies are from.

Thanks for stopping by today!!

I hope that you will hop over to the Elisabeth Bell's World Challenge blog and see all of the wonderful projects the DT/GDT have done. Fingers are crossed that you will find time to dig out your Elisabeth Bell stamps and join us with a Mother's Day project!!

OH OH YEA before I forget........

okay now I think that is about it for me today..
