WARM WINTER WISHES

Merry Christmas everyone!!!

Today we have a new monthy challenge at

this month the challenge is..

Anything Winter

gift for someone or maybe a gift bag plus a card

I have made a box with candy truffle mix in it.

I have used MERRY SLEDDING from the Snow Babies Collection at Bells N Whistles.

I have used my copic markers to color her and for the snow I have used some Flower Soft (Polar White)

Papers: Fancy Pants, October afternoon, Lasting Impressions

Embellies: glittered snowflakes, Prima roses, snowflake button, bakers thread, cotton trim acetate, stickles, ribbons.

tools: snowflake punch, sanding block

In the photo above you can see that I have taken the lid off.

To help hold the lid on is a ribbon with a tad bit of elastic at the bottom. This is to help the ribbon stretch up and over the box. As you can see I have some fun little embellies glued onto the ribbon.

On the inside of the box I have a mix for truffles with a recipe to make them. I also have put some packets of hot chocolate. For a fun inside day when the wheather is cold out!!

In the above photo I have words printed on the acetate. I have put a little cut out heart under it on a piece of designer paper. I have used my stickles on the edge of the acetate and matted the little window and added the snowflake button with bakers twine.
I have used my Ranger inks on the edges and used my sanding block to rough the edges up some.
