Creative Inspirations DT card in Sepia....

It's Wednesday and I am here with the Creative Inspirations Dt card. This week the challenge is for SEPIA and I have to tell you that this is my first. The prize this week is by the Handy Hippo.Okay, now for all of the details of my card. First I have used a mix of papers and a bit of old trim. I have distressed all of the edges with ink and my file. I also used my Autumn Leaves swirly hearts stamps and stamped along the edges in a few places with my walnut distressed ink. Then on the hearts I have used my stickles to give it just a tad bit of sparkle. I have added Tim Holtz snaps and metal corner and a key that is hanging from the sheer dot ribbon. I have used flowers, pearls, metal beads, feathers to complete the spray the my cute little Tidla is hiding behind. I have used my oval nestie and have her double popped. I have used a piece of packing kraft paper for the scollop nestie behind her. She has been coloured with both my copic markers and my watercolor pencils. I have added a bit of stickles to her headband.
here you can see a little closer view.
This image can be purchased at Michelle's Scrapbooking and More. Michelle carries the line of Magnolias along with lots of other stamps. Go check her out. She has great service and is a real sweetie!!
Here is a close up of the Tim Holtz metal corner and snap. Along with some of the flowers, feathers and metal beads. Here you can also see the worn look of the sewing. I love this old looking stitch.
Thank you for stopping by today!!
I hope you have a wonderful day in whatever you are doing.

I also hope that you will hop on over to the blog and join the challenge this week.
Hugs, Janiel

Janiel you certainly have a wonderful eye for detail. I am so glad that you always take close up pictures! I love how you placed that little charm and that feather matches so perfect in there! Tilda is so pretty in her soft watercoloured browns! I just sit here and stare just to take it all in! Thank-you so much for sharing all your talent with us!

I'm actually cutting back on the numbers of comments I make because I was spending all my free time leaving comments and not actually crafting but I had to say something about this card because it is sooooooo lovely! Beautiful Tilda, fabulous papers and I love all your embellishments - the metal work and the little feathers! Warmest wishes, Lesley
