Girl's Just Wanna Have Fun....

It's November already!!! Just where does the time go?

Well today is mini blog hop day!! I love to do this with my special blogging friends. It's so much fun to see what they come up with using the same image. So make sure that you hop over and see what Judy and Dena have done with this wonderful image created by Mo of Mo's Digital Pencil.

Mo has this image as a freebie at Paper Craft Planet to celebrate over 500 followers. Thanks Mo!!!!!!! (waving) I am entering this into her challenge this week at her challenge blog. This is the first time for me to enter over there and they are on Challenge #4. Sandy, the October hostess, has challenged us to make a fancy card fold.. anything except a simple, typical A2 folded card - step cards, special side folds, top flap folds... anything outside of the ordinary goes! My card is not fancy in anyway but it does fold down or drop down. I created this on my own. I was sitting here thinking of just want to do so that the image is still the focus of the card and this is what I came up with. I really thought that I was quite cleaver!!!!!! I also have used the colors given by Stampin For The Weekend. What a different color combo this week and I tell you that this image just screamed out for these colors went I seen it. Along with the colors you are to
use one of the following Song Titles from the 80s for inspiration.
Just use the song title as inspiration, don't over complicate things by reading into the lyrics.

So my card is Girl's just wanna have fun... In the photos that orange bow is just a tad brighter than it is in person.. It makes me sad when I can't get my pictures to be true in color. :o(

Not sure just what to name this type of card do you have an ideas???? If you do leave me a comment.

Now just how cool is this???????? You move the photo turn that is in the middle of the flower and it flops down.. Cleaver huh???

Stamps: 500 Freebie by Mo's Digital Pencil

Ink: copic markers, watercolor pencils, Destressed ink the background and the edges.

EmBellies: ribbons, brads, Prima Flowers, Photo turn. I have used my McGill punch for the pine leaves.

This card has been sewn.
