*NEW* CandiBean Release Hop....

It's time for the LDRS Blog Hop!!! 
LDRS has a brand new set of 10 adorable CandiBean stamps being released next week on November 25th.

I have tons of photos so WARNING... grab a cuppa and enjoy the hop!!

I have made candle holders from wooden blocks.

They were so fun to make and I think they turned out great for the holiday season! Great to sit on fireplace mantel or just on a table!! I love to make Christmas decor!!

I have made these to be a bit shabby/rustic.

   I have used 2 of the very fun and cute images!

Penny's Little Owls

Izzy's Snowy Umbrella

 For my projects today I have used the *NEW* and very cute papers by LDRS called FRIGID FUN.

First let's have a closer look at Penny's Little Owls

 I have colored my image with Copic Markers and used a toothbrush and acrylic paint to splatter on image so it looks as if it is snowing.

I also have used Dimensional paint on the dots around image.

You will also see that I have used Shabby Blue frange embossing powder around the edge of image.

  

 Now let's have a closer look at

Izzy's Snowy Umbrella

(This on is my favorite!!)

 I have colored my image with Copic Markers.I  have used a mixture of dimensional paint, white frange embossing powder and ice glitter to get the snow effect for the snow. 

You will also see that I have used Shabby Blue frange embossing powder around the edge of image.  

 

For both blocks I have used:

Gesso, Ranger Distress Ink (Linen), sanding block, Shabby Blue Frange embossing powder, acrylic snowflakes, dimensional paint, white frange embossing powder, ice glitter, sivler ring brads, feathers, glass hearts, jingle bells, tulle, greenery, puffs, raffia, pinecone, checked ribbon with Merry Christmas button, large pearls, wavy bookboard, Mod Podge to seal my project and FRIGID FUN 6x6 paper pack. 
Blocks measure  5 x 5.5 x 1.5

This new release features the most adorable images! These 10 images will extend the joy of the winter season, celebrating the briskness in the air and magic of snowfall. They will take you right into the love and romance of Valentine's Day, as well as a celebration of friendship.
